Harry is admitted to all trial and appellate courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; U.S. District Court for the Western District and Middle District of Pennsylvania; and the Third-Circuit Court of Appeals.

MEMBERSHIPS:
Harry is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and has spoken at Pennsylvania Bar Association and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer Association seminars. In 2002, Harry was invited to become a member of the prestigious Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County.

Attorney Paras has successfully practiced law for over 20 years in the following areas: civil litigation and trial, including auto liability, premises liability, products liability, construction litigation, toxic substance and asbestos litigation and medical malpractice. In addition, Mr. Paras devotes considerable time and effort as a neutral arbitrator in uninsured/underinsured motorist claims and as a mediator for civil personal injury cases.

Harry's practice also involves handling cases on behalf of injured persons where he has represented plaintiffs in automobile, premises, construction, products and medical malpractice cases.
